not a big signature but a small one, placed where 
a sequence # would be or another open area. Just 
like regular art I think Fan Cel artists should 
be acknlowged for incredible talent they have.

I myself have a wonderfull fan cel of .Hack//Sign 
signed by the fan cel artist, and i could not be 
happier.
